📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison and connection between the engineering team and business partners for strategic projects and intricate development tasks.

• Take ownership of the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multifaceted, cross-departmental initiatives.

• Work alongside technology leaders and business stakeholders to align functional and strategic objectives.

• Foster transparent communication, shared responsibility, and effective teamwork across various groups.

• Ensure stakeholders are aligned and keep pertinent audiences informed of progress.

• Create and implement scalable, repeatable processes and best practices that enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and execute appropriate solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical program or project management.

• A customer-focused mindset.

• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to understand Lyra’s sophisticated systems, integrations, and core functionalities of the Lyra platform.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to convey complex subjects to diverse audiences and varying technical knowledge levels.

• Proven skills in planning, organization, multitasking, and execution.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

• Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.

• Background in analytics.

• Previous experience in a startup environment and/or healthcare sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of emerging AI tools and technologies is a significant plus.
