This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of and successfully deliver intricate, multi-team technology programs from the planning phase through to launch.
• Create comprehensive program plans that encompass objectives, milestones, value segmentation, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries.
• Convert business and technical objectives into well-defined scopes and measurable results.
• Establish and monitor program KPIs to ensure that delivery aligns with driving business value.
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness assessments, and rollout evaluations.
• Oversee non-functional requirements, including SLA/SLO, security, and operability.
• Integrate AI applications into program execution, including scenario creation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting.
• Promote governance frameworks such as steering committees and decision reviews.
• Maintain communication with engineering, product management, design, operations, and senior leadership.
• Mentor Associate TPMs and support team standards and playbooks.
• Utilize AI tools to automate program management tasks, including status updates and risk monitoring.
• Guide teams on effective AI implementation.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technology program management.
• At least 4 years of experience in delivering complex, multi-domain programs with tangible business impact.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in M365, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP web services, security principles (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB.
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis tools.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in both English and Polish.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors or consultants is a plus.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
• A Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification is a plus.
