📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate, end-to-end programs that are vital to GitLab's AI-driven DevSecOps strategy.

• Propel high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security teams.

• Convert strategic vision into actionable plans that deliver capabilities such as the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and next-generation developer tools.

• Guide the GitLab Duo Agent Platform from general availability to enterprise adoption, focusing on customer onboarding, support models, and billing integration.

• Execute data-intensive platform initiatives that boost developer productivity and enhance enterprise analytics.

• Spearhead infrastructure modernization and scalability projects.

• Manage security and compliance initiatives.

• Oversee technical programs from initial scope through to launch and ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to develop roadmaps and align priorities and trade-offs.

• Coordinate distributed teams across various time zones utilizing asynchronous communication.

• Maintain program plans, identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, and facilitate decisions that balance speed, quality, and customer impact.

• Partner with customer success and cross-functional teams to develop communication plans and operational workflows.

• Promote GitLab's values and culture throughout the programs.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical program initiatives within product, engineering, data, or security environments.

• Proven ability to define strategy and provide clarity amid significant ambiguity.

• Strong background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps technology sectors.

• Quick aptitude for mastering the GitLab platform and AI/ML initiatives.

• Established experience in influencing and creating impact at both division and company-wide levels.

• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and security teams while engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration and executive reporting.

• Ability to distill technical complexities into clear business impacts.

• Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting technical requirements and market opportunities.

• Strong facilitation and influence capabilities.

• Expertise in managing high-level stakeholders, including communication with Executive Boards and enterprise customers.

• A collaborative leadership style that aligns with GitLab's values.

• A track record of redefining organizational operations and addressing highly complex, enterprise-level challenges.

• Proven experience in leading intricate reliability programs across multiple engineering organizations.

• Ability to act as a visionary leader, shaping R&D direction and promoting technical excellence.
