Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-team technical projects from their initial phase to successful delivery and ongoing operation.

• Collaborate with architecture teams, integration specialists, and system dependencies while working closely with engineering leadership.

• Convert strategic goals into detailed specifications and risk models utilizing AI-assisted analysis.

• Break down requirements into technical stories and employ AI to formulate acceptance criteria.

• Oversee timelines and quality by leveraging AI-driven project analytics.

• Simplify intricate technical discussions into concise briefings for business units and IT departments.

• Streamline routine reporting and dashboards via AI-generated summaries.

• Facilitate retrospectives using AI to assess velocity trends and identify recurring obstacles.

• Test new AI workflows and guide fellow TPMs in AI-enhanced processes while ensuring human oversight is maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs in cross-functional settings.

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team systems.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and technical trade-offs.

• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contemporary CI/CD models, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

• History of developing capabilities that are sustainable and scalable post-delivery.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience actively incorporating AI into professional workflows.

• Daily hands-on experience with AI copilots, including Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Proficient in configuring AI-enhanced workflows in platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Slack, or Teams.

• Skilled at evaluating AI-generated outputs and recognizing when AI enhances productivity versus introducing risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for managing change effectively.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.

• A Master's degree is preferred.
