Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing leaders to define, plan, and monitor growth initiatives with diligence and clarity.

• Oversee the detailed execution of epics and sprints utilizing Jira; ensure boards are current and actionable.

• Develop and manage dashboards, timelines, and communications that enable stakeholders to make swift, informed decisions.

• Facilitate planning cycles (both quarterly and sprint-based) and retrospective processes.

• Take initiative to address blockers, troubleshoot operational challenges, and guarantee delivery across different functions.

• Construct, maintain, and enhance documentation, team workspaces, and roadmaps.

• Assist in guiding technical discussions; serve as a reliable thought partner to engineering and product leadership.

• Foster alignment among Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations regarding scope and timelines.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and operational excellence across all tools and teams.

• Promote a healthy team rhythm with proactive status updates, asynchronous documentation, and efficient meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Program Management (TPM) role, closely collaborating with software engineering, product, and design teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.

• In-depth working knowledge of agile methodologies and contemporary product development practices.

• Direct experience in managing and facilitating projects using Jira.

• Proven capability to delve into technical architecture and workflows; comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers.

• Strong proficiency with data analytics tools to enhance decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), adaptable to both executives and engineers.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities; skilled at anticipating risks and proactively adjusting course.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
