This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide leadership with insights into security risks, exposures, and program health.
• Collaborate with a primary security team for daily execution while also supporting other security teams as priorities and capacities permit.
• Make and convey prioritization decisions when demand surpasses security capacity, including identifying alternatives and explaining trade-offs.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance the security team's effectiveness without imposing unnecessary engineering overhead.
• Engage with product, engineering, and other partner teams to establish efficient ways of collaborating with security.
• Broaden the impact into overarching company planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operational roles.
• Significant experience in a comprehensive, cross-functional operations or program management position supporting multiple stakeholders across an organization.
• Security experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop processes and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and capacity to serve as a strategic and consultative partner across various functions.
• Experience in managing competing priorities and articulating trade-offs, including challenging prioritization decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where processes are still being developed and refined.
