This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Bidgely's most significant and technically intricate utility projects.
• Serve as a technical consultant, functional consultant, and project manager.
• Oversee comprehensive utility implementations from onboarding to launch.
• Manage customer relationships, executive stakeholder engagement, and program results.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across Delivery, Engineering, Product, and Sales.
• Supervise project finances, including cost monitoring, budgeting, and margins.
• Contribute to contract evaluations for new agreements and modifications.
• Represent the Onboarding team during sales presentations as necessary.
• Lead the design and development of solutions for complex utility clients.
• Facilitate requirement analysis, customer journey discussions, data integration, design, solution architecture, implementation, delivery, and resolution of customer-facing technical issues.
• Collaborate with utility clients to align requirements with product features, finalizing customizations and adjustments.
• Manage project outcomes through active execution to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.
• Create technical and product documentation outlining customer requirements and solution design.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on new platform features and implementation tools.
• Mentor and support colleagues on delivery and technical issues.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships for high-visibility projects.
• Develop proposals and statements of work.
• Identify and assist in scoping opportunities for account expansion.
• Represent Customer Onboarding during quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Systems Integrator partners on complex, multi-party implementations.
• Train Bidgely, SI, and customer teams on project methodologies and product functionalities.
• Create internal tools and processes to enhance delivery quality and shorten implementation timelines.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing for the TPM team.
• Report directly to the Director of Customer Onboarding.
• 7-11 years of experience in software integration projects within a SaaS environment, experience at a leading systems integration consulting firm, or delivering enterprise solutions at a dynamic start-up.
• Proven history of executing complex, cross-functional implementations for large, high-touch enterprise clients, preferably with an ACV of $500K or more.
• Experience serving as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, including designing and implementing solution architecture in a customer-facing capacity.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed clients and teams.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based B2B implementations.
• Proficient in creating and managing project plans, risks, and status reports using Wrike, Smartsheets, Jira, or similar cloud project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, demonstrating a customer-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, REST APIs, or data transformation tools (preferred).
• A passion for or experience in the energy or energy efficiency sector (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
