Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, coordinate, communicate, and successfully deliver essential projects on schedule.

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, objectives, and milestones alongside relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to outline project plans and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Work with project teams to identify and assess potential project risks and issues.

• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication and listening abilities for effective, reliable, and well-coordinated project execution.

• Acquire knowledge and function within InfoSec PMO frameworks and methodologies.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Akamai and its clientele.

• Engage in projects related to compliance, security engineering, threat and vulnerability management, and product security.

• Interact with and assist both business and technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading complex technical projects and programs.

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and traditional PMI techniques.

• Ability to connect with business and technical stakeholders with compassion and understanding.

• Proven history of effective stakeholder management, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capability to motivate individuals at all levels of the organization without direct authority.

• Proficient in English.
