Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational initiatives.

• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies, priorities, and critical decisions.

• Implement lean methodologies and enhance operational processes.

• Establish and maintain data-driven operational frameworks to evaluate portfolio performance against OKRs.

• Facilitate investment decisions and provide training to teams on effective operational practices.

• Develop communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow throughout the organization.

• Plan for change requirements, identify potential risks, manage dependencies, and create tools and forums for clarity and efficiency.

• Identify systemic inefficiencies, test potential solutions, and advocate for transparency, visibility, alignment, and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of demonstrated experience in managing programs, processes, and change management within a technology-centric environment.

• Strong technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes.

• Organized and strategic mindset for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.

• Proven success in implementing frameworks at scale and establishing relationships in a remote-friendly culture.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting abilities.

• A passion for and commitment to improving consumer finance.

• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is advantageous.
