This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and release plans for Salesforce products.
• Promote, educate, and showcase Salesforce best practices.
• Instill confidence in stakeholders while minimizing noise and conflict.
• Make authoritative decisions regarding priorities and effectively communicate the product vision to C-level and SVP stakeholders.
• Establish steering and working groups to manage business requirements.
• Set expectations and address conflicts with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce inquiries and decision-making.
• Provide updates, metrics, and progress reports to C-level executives aligned with the vision and strategy.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and return on investment (ROI).
• Transform business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage in Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions and support.
• Advocate for user-centric design and functionality within Salesforce.
• Drive platform adoption and foster continuous improvement.
• Collect feedback and analytical data to optimize solutions and demonstrate ROI.
• Support training and enablement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive process and solution documentation.
• Manage the core vendor relationship with Salesforce and associated systems.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Consultant working with Salesforce.
• Over 5 years of experience managing product backlogs and delivering digital products.
• More than 5 years of experience in executing large-scale Salesforce deployments, instance overhauls, and/or critical integrations.
• Recognized authority in architectural technical and business enablement within Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including flows, objects, and validation rules.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on value delivery and ROI.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional Salesforce products, such as Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, is desirable.
• Experience with deploying and deriving value from Data 360 and Agentforce is advantageous.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is a plus.
• People management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
