This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Develop, manage, and uphold the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products, platforms, or significant capabilities.
• Establish product objectives, success metrics, and key outcomes.
• Utilize data, user feedback, and business value assessments to drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, customer requirements, and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency, automation, and capability enhancement.
• Convert business issues into product requirements, defining acceptance criteria, functional requirements, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Work alongside engineering teams to determine solution approaches and delivery strategies.
• Gain a solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technical constraints.
• Assist in prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, costs, and timelines.
• Articulate product requirements to delivery teams.
• Oversee and prioritize product backlogs based on business value.
• Collaborate with ARTs/Scrum teams to strategize releases, sprints, and feature delivery.
• Monitor project progress, eliminate obstacles, and achieve milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement through iterative enhancements and feedback cycles.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, testing, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, delivery plans, and business outcomes.
• Encourage collaboration for successful implementation and adoption.
• Communicate strategy, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business value to stakeholders and leadership.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction measures.
• Analyze performance data and user feedback to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
• Propel product evolution through optimization and feature expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in any STEM discipline or Business Administration/Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Product Management in a large enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product development methodologies.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder management.
• Capable of effectively collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for daily tasks.
• Recommended minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Hybrid Home/Office associates.
• Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require approval from leadership.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
