This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend the objectives of ACO, regulatory requirements, and the significance of real-time clinical and claims data.
• Develop requirements, data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and uphold a product roadmap dedicated to data integration.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data integration solutions that involve clinical practices, payers, and other healthcare entities.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data.
• Set interoperability standards and protocols for data exchange among healthcare systems, EHRs, payers, and practices.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, clinical practices, payers, and healthcare partners to ascertain data-sharing requirements and facilitate onboarding.
• Implement data quality assurance processes to rectify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS regulations, and privacy and security standards.
• Aid in leading continuous, real-time clinical data updates from practices.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to bolster advanced analytics, reporting, and quality measurement.
• Establish monitoring and reporting systems to evaluate integration performance.
• Partner with technology vendors, third-party data providers, and collaborators.
• Report to senior management, stakeholders, and partners regarding the performance and outcomes of integration initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare data; Agile experience is preferred.
• More than 2 years of experience in Value-based care is preferred.
• Familiarity with claims and clinical data.
• Experience in API integrations.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare data, claims, and clinical data.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Value-based care principles.
• Understanding of data integrations, data mapping, and EMR integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Profound understanding of FHIR and HL7 Messaging.
• Capability to optimize costs and resource allocation.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
• Proven track record in evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
