This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of designated AgileSec capabilities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning to release and adoption.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and product usage data.
• Identify potential opportunities and prioritize investment strategies.
• Establish product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess feasibility, mitigate delivery risks, and guarantee successful implementation.
• Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to inform roadmap decisions.
• Advocate for a customer-centric design and usability across AgileSec workflows.
• Work alongside UX and engineering teams to streamline complex security workflows.
• Engage in customer meetings, discovery sessions, design reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Ensure that customer-facing communications accurately depict product capabilities, lifecycle status, and approved commitments.
• Assist with release readiness, documentation reviews, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with partner and alliance teams on integrations with enterprise security platforms.
• Contribute to initiatives in cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role within product management.
• Strong comprehension of product development processes and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to think strategically and make decisions based on data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and the aptitude to independently learn new tools, technologies, and concepts.
• Comfort with engaging in technical concepts such as PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software.
• Ability to operate across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Second Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of every month, excluding November and December due to the Holiday schedule), subject to change.
