This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead strategic product decisions for the existing product line, including its structure, necessary improvements, and alignment with the overarching Appspace product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform architecture and core frameworks, providing technical insights that influence product decisions across the platform.
• Implement the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery to delivery, utilizing AI as a tool for product design, a development enhancer, and a feature layer.
• Oversee the adoption and proper utilization of platform frameworks within the current product line, pinpointing gaps, misuse, or untapped potential within the codebase and roadmap.
• Take charge of platform-level initiatives and features that span multiple product lines or form the foundation of the Appspace platform, while managing current product line deliveries.
• Manage the execution of the roadmap, which includes prioritization, escalation handling, and ensuring quality delivery across engineering cycles.
• Propel ARR growth through the acquisition of new customers, expansion, and retention efforts, linking roadmap choices to customer adoption and business outcomes.
• Convert customer escalations and support indicators into prioritized product decisions, differentiating between bugs, product deficiencies, and adoption challenges.
• Conduct structured customer discovery to validate priorities and uncover needs that may not be apparent in feature requests or support inquiries.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure the current product line is aligned with the broader platform architecture and AI strategy.
• Represent the product line in cross-functional collaborations with GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Quickly acclimate to new product lines and apply consistent technical rigor and strategic insight across the platform as organizational needs evolve.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with a proven history of delivering complex, technically sophisticated product lines.
• Experience in the digital signage market, including the development and management of partner integrations.
• Technical expertise. Engages with platform architecture and core frameworks at an engineering level, rather than solely from a product oversight perspective.
• Proven AIDLC experience. Demonstrated ability to work within an AI development framework.
• Strong delivery ownership. A history of managing roadmaps effectively under pressure, addressing escalations, and delivering outcomes that positively impact business metrics.
• Strategic acumen. Capable of evaluating how a product line should be structured, what requires improvement or refactoring, and how individual choices align with the broader product strategy.
• Focus on ARR. Links product decisions to the acquisition of new logos, expansion, and retention, measuring success in terms of business impact.
• Customer-oriented. Conducts discovery, analyzes support data, and makes prioritization decisions based on solid evidence.
• Platform fluency. Experienced with products where an understanding of the underlying architecture has directly influenced product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills. Ensures cross-functional teams are aligned and communicates effectively with customers, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
