Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the vision, strategy, and rollout of AI and Lab Products.

• Lead cross-functional teams in AI/ML, software engineering, structural biology, and screening science to create platforms for biologics design, optimization, and validation.

• Serve as a liaison between AI Research and Biologics Discovery Technology teams.

• Spearhead efforts in AI-Guided Target Identification and AI-Guided Drug Design.

• Collect and consolidate product requirements while ensuring alignment with leadership on product strategy.

• Manage product roadmaps and navigate trade-off decisions regarding priorities and associated risks.

• Collaborate with managers and technical leads to establish a unified product vision.

• Create roadmaps, backlogs, and execution plans; set OKRs and KPIs; monitor performance and refine strategies.

• Oversee product initiatives from initial conception to deployment and optimization, addressing and eliminating obstacles.

• Conduct research alongside product teams and prospective users.

• Promote product adoption and ensure successful implementation in both internal programs and external collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in production-grade software or technical product development.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML and/or Protein Engineering, whether through work or education.

• Strong technical proficiency to effectively collaborate with engineers and scientists.

• Demonstrated success in creating and executing product roadmaps.

• Experience managing complex relationships with a variety of stakeholders across different teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity to juggle competing priorities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining autonomy and accountability.
