Senior Technical Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and develop on-demand, video-based, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning courses and programs for CSG Forte software solutions and applications.

• Evaluate technical documentation and existing course materials, and consult with SMEs to produce instructional materials.

• Partner with end users to clarify business procedures and establish content and documentation.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather and interpret relevant information.

• Utilize and revise training materials in accordance with CSG Quality and Document Control standards.

• Conduct train-the-trainer programs for CSG Forte staff and job-specific trainers.

• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.

• Enhance CSG Forte product knowledge and engage with key contacts to obtain feedback on product improvements and learning content.

• Design, develop, and provide web content, user guides, and end-user training materials.

• Implement blended learning solutions, including web-based and instructor-led training.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing on-demand, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning courses, along with large-scale educational programs.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience utilizing the ADDIE/SAM/instructional design methodologies.

• Capability to employ current tools and technologies for efficient, flexible, and accessible education.

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

• Proficiency in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere or Camtasia.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills.

• Competence in simplifying complex information into clear, concise text.

• Ability to apply professional concepts to address issues effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to consistently meet multiple deadlines and adapt to frequently changing workloads.

• Ability to work independently while producing accurate documentation under deadline pressure.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a professional context.
