Corporate Relationship, Assistant Manager – Training & Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Foster partnerships with corporations to secure job placement opportunities for engineering students

• Liaise with companies to facilitate campus recruitment drives and related processes

• Organize training sessions aimed at improving student employability

• Compile placement statistics and provide reports to the management team

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among students, faculty, and recruiters

• Travel to the main campus occasionally as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, HR, or a related discipline

• Previous experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College or Institute (mandatory)

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
