This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee timelines for organization-wide, multi-module deployments, initially concentrating on the Qventus Inpatient Capacity solution.
• Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and execute solutions that deliver client value.
• Partner with external client teams to comprehend evolving requirements and convey potential strategies.
• Utilize inpatient expertise to cultivate and maintain support from core users, executives, and care coordinators regarding workflows and tool adoption.
• Provide technical project leadership throughout the entire deployment lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage task prioritization, identify dependencies, and ensure that deliverables are achieved.
• Build and nurture relationships from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
• Recognize and address risks, advise Delivery leaders, and facilitate the resolution of issues.
• Spot opportunities for process improvement and devise structured methods to address gaps.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts/customers with minimal oversight.
• Lead intricate engagements with cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Clearly articulate Qventus’ value proposition and establish specific business outcomes.
• Develop an enthusiastic customer base that can act as references for potential customers.
• Over 5 years of experience in project/program management with a thorough understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities necessary for enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
• More than 5 years of professional experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
• At least 5 years of experience working collaboratively with various internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and drive milestones to completion.
• Prior experience with Epic integrations and build processes.
• Certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules/applications.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills in hospital systems, such as EHR implementations, and project management involving complex implementations in provider-side healthcare.
• In-depth domain expertise in inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.
• Capability to engage in both strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Practical experience with data validation dashboards, interpreting Java/SQL code, and utilizing complex Excel functions.
• Systems thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• A passion for making a real-world impact and addressing meaningful challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%-30%.
