Senior Technical GTM Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical expert within the Global GTM organization, connecting Megaport Network with Latitude.sh Compute and Storage platforms.

• Convert platform features into clear, actionable customer architectures.

• Facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams by simplifying complex multi-platform solutions into practical designs, technical enablement resources, and field-ready materials.

• Collaborate with Global Sales Enablement to create, design, and update technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and present technical training sessions and workshops for Global Megaport Solution Architects.

• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering teams regarding product launches, evaluate early feature builds, and finalize technical enablement resources prior to release.

• Design detailed architecture flows and design patterns utilizing tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.

• Construct production-ready reference architectures, Terraform configurations, and API scripts that connect Compute, Network, and Storage.

• Maintain the authoritative technical source for in-depth content requests.

• Develop interactive sandbox environments, demo scripts, and lab guides for Solution Architects.

• Transform deal insights and win/loss analysis into GTM strategies and product feature requests.

• Contribute to industry thought leadership through whitepapers, solution briefs, and technical analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Strategist in the fields of networking, storage, and bare metal platforms.

• Exceptional attention to technical precision, clean design, and clear formatting.

• Proven proficiency with Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools.

• In-depth understanding of networking principles, including BGP, IP routing, and firewalls.

• Comprehensive knowledge of bare-metal server infrastructure.

• Extensive experience working with APIs.

• Significant experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform/Ansible.

• Proven ability to establish live lab environments.

• Capacity to simplify complex engineering concepts into straightforward language for sellers and enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated skill in creating detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
