Senior Technical Business Analyst, German speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the client's customer-platform architecture, business cases, and technology stack.

• Collaborate with the existing external service provider to guarantee a well-organized and comprehensive knowledge transfer.

• Evaluate and document current business processes, functional requirements, and system interdependencies.

• Develop requirement documentation, process descriptions, and technical specifications for upcoming development initiatives.

• Assist in the establishment of the new development team by offering expert insights on role descriptions and hiring criteria.

• Serve as the functional link between Elanders Group business stakeholders, the current service provider, and the emerging CloudX team.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the transition period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a technical background or hands-on development skills.

• Strong technical knowledge of contemporary web and cloud architectures.

• Proven experience in analyzing and documenting intricate IT systems, interfaces, and business processes.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and a methodical, independent approach to work.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of business, IT, and service-provider stakeholders.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Capacity to work effectively and proactively in a cross-border, distributed team environment.

• Practical experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is a plus.

• Experience in outsourcing, transition, or migration projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems is beneficial.

• Domain expertise in supply chain, logistics, or print & packaging is a plus.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly in distributed team settings, is advantageous.
