This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a power user of the Anomali Platform and assist customers in achieving success with the technology.
• Manage and drive the customer adoption lifecycle, from onboarding to full production maturity.
• Organize and lead QBRs/EBRs with stakeholders at the analyst, director, and CISO levels.
• Convert technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
• Detect expansion and renewal risk signals through usage data and stakeholder interactions.
• Communicate risk signals to Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Account Executive (AE) partners.
• Address customer technical inquiries and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Offer technical advice, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful usage and adoption.
• Manage customer expectations and hold them accountable.
• Serve as the customer advocate and internal champion.
• Foster customer advocacy.
• Monitor key account metrics and relay progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Work with Technical Support to expedite resolution of customer issues.
• Partner with Engineering to address customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Engage with Product Management to advocate for customer feature requests.
• Oversee platform usage, create custom dashboards, provide best-practice recommendations, demonstrate ROI and value, and build reference accounts.
• Share feedback and insights with internal technical teams regarding emerging needs, continuous improvement, and opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an additional 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Proven experience in presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at the Director/VP/CISO level.
• Experience conducting QBRs/EBRs that link technical adoption to business outcomes.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar position.
• Background in a SaaS or technology firm, preferably involving cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
• Familiarity with SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs.
• Extensive experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence.
• Proficiency with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of general networking concepts.
• Proficiency with various operating systems and relevant log telemetry, including network and identity telemetry.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as both a lead and a team player.
• Ability to influence at the senior executive level.
• Strong critical-thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must not currently or in the future require employment visa sponsorship to work in the US.
