
Senior Technical Account Manager β SIEM/Security Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Act as a power user of the Anomali Platform and assist customers in maximizing their success with the technology.
β’ Take ownership of the customer adoption lifecycle, guiding clients from onboarding to full production maturity.
β’ Plan and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with stakeholders at the analyst, director, and CISO levels.
β’ Convert technical usage into tangible business value and security outcomes.
β’ Identify signals of expansion and renewal risks from usage data and relationships with stakeholders, and communicate these to CSM/AE partners.
β’ Address technical requests from customers while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
β’ Provide guidance, advice, and technical expertise to ensure successful usage and adoption of the platform.
β’ Manage customer expectations while ensuring accountability on their part.
β’ Serve as the customer's advocate and internal champion.
β’ Encourage customer advocacy.
β’ Monitor key account metrics and relay progress updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers to guarantee a seamless transition.
β’ Work with Technical Support to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
β’ Partner with Engineering to address customer-reported issues effectively.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to provide an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Engage with Product Management to advocate for customer feature requests.
β’ Track usage, create tailored dashboards, offer best-practice recommendations, demonstrate ROI and value, establish reference accounts, and provide feedback to internal technical teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an additional 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
β’ Proven experience in presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at the Director/VP/CISO level, including conducting QBRs/EBRs that link technical adoption to business results.
β’ At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
β’ Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and architectures, including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs.
β’ Extensive experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence.
β’ Proficiency with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight, including its implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
β’ Strong understanding of general networking concepts.
β’ Proficient in various operating systems and relevant log telemetry, including network and identity telemetry.
β’ Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as both a leader and a collaborative team member.
β’ Ability to influence at the senior executive level.
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capacity to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
β’ Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
β’ Must not currently require or in the future need visa sponsorship to work in the US.
