
Senior Technical Account Manager β SIEM/Security Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as a power user of the Anomali Platform, assisting customers in achieving success with the technology.
β’ Take ownership of and drive the adoption lifecycle for each customer, from onboarding to full production maturity.
β’ Plan and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with stakeholders at the analyst, director, and CISO levels.
β’ Convert technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
β’ Identify signals of expansion and renewal risks from usage data and stakeholder relationships, and communicate them to Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Account Executives (AE).
β’ Address technical requests from customers while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
β’ Offer technical advice, guidance, and expertise to promote successful usage and adoption.
β’ Manage customer expectations and ensure accountability from customers.
β’ Serve as the customer's advocate and an internal champion.
β’ Foster customer advocacy.
β’ Monitor key account metrics and relay progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers to ensure smooth transitions.
β’ Work with Technical Support to facilitate quick issue resolution.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering to address customer-reported issues.
β’ Partner with Sales to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Engage with Product Management to advocate for customer feature requests.
β’ Monitor customer usage, develop custom dashboards, provide best-practice recommendations, demonstrate ROI and value, and establish reference accounts.
β’ Provide feedback and insights to internal technical teams regarding emerging needs, continuous improvement, and potential opportunities.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an additional 3 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
β’ Proven experience in presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO level), including conducting QBRs/EBRs that link technical adoption to business outcomes.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a comparable role.
β’ Familiarity with a SaaS or technology company that deals with cybersecurity technologies and architectures, such as SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs.
β’ Extensive experience working with enterprise accounts, Security Operations (SecOps), and Threat Intelligence.
β’ Proficiency with at least one SIEM product, including its implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
β’ Strong understanding of general networking concepts.
β’ Proficient in various Operating Systems and relevant log telemetry.
β’ Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects, acting as both a lead and a team player.
β’ Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
β’ Must reside in the US and not require visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
