Senior Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for key enterprise clients

• Assist customers in the implementation and enhancement of Zero Trust segmentation strategies

• Manage the technical relationship with clients

• Promote customer success and encourage platform utilization

• Provide strategic value

• Exhibit technical proficiency and resolve customer challenges

• Foster growth and expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing technical capacity such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or a comparable role

• Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, and segmentation

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including Zero Trust, microsegmentation, and threat detection

• Practical experience with Linux and Windows environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Experience collaborating with large enterprise clients in the EMEA region

• Proficiency in both English and German
