Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute technical operations for clients.

• Coordinate technical challenges associated with the launching and management of online campaigns.

• Facilitate technical integration between rtb.com and clients’ e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure high standards of customer service.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of online campaigns.

• Suggest process optimization strategies to meet both internal and external objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing is essential.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or experience in systems integration via API.

• Familiarity with debugging tools, such as Google Chrome DevTools.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager.

• Proficient in using Google Analytics 4.

• Knowledge of MMP is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• High motivation and eagerness to learn.

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
