Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute technical operations for clients

• Manage all technical aspects related to the launch and execution of online campaigns

• Facilitate technical integration between rtb.com and the e-commerce platforms of clients

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service

• Monitor and assess the performance of online campaigns

• Recommend process optimization strategies to meet both internal and external objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within the digital marketing sector

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or experience with system integration via API

• Familiarity with debugging tools, including Google Chrome DevTools

• Experience with Google Tag Manager

• Competence in using Google Analytics 4

• Knowledge of MMP is a plus

• Proficient in English

• Strong analytical capabilities

• High motivation and eagerness to learn

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
