Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute technical operations on behalf of clients

• Oversee all technical aspects related to the launch and management of online campaigns

• Facilitate technical integration between rtb.com and clients’ e-commerce systems

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns

• Suggest process improvement strategies to meet both internal and external objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within the realm of digital marketing (essential)

• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or possess experience in systems integration via API

• Familiarity with debugging tools, including Google Chrome DevTools and Google Tag Manager

• Experience with Google Analytics 4

• Knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) is a plus

• Proficient in English

• Strong analytical abilities

• High level of motivation and eagerness to learn

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
