Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute technical operations for clients.

• Manage technical challenges associated with the initiation and execution of online campaigns.

• Facilitate technical integration between rtb.com and clients' e-commerce systems.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide exceptional customer service.

• Track and assess the effectiveness of online campaigns.

• Recommend process optimization strategies to meet both internal and external objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, analytical positions, and campaign optimization within the digital marketing sector.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or experience in systems integration through API.

• Familiarity with debugging tools, including Google Chrome DevTools.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

• Understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) is a plus.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn.

• Good time management abilities and attention to detail.
