Senior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop focused candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market positions.

• Utilize Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to discover qualified individuals.

• Design and oversee automated sourcing workflows and outreach initiatives.

• Convert job requirements into clear, precise, and effective sourcing strategies.

• Keep documentation transparent regarding job specifications, candidate criteria, and search progress.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records, notes, tags, and pipeline stages within Ashby.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine searches and enhance candidate quality.

• Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics.

• Identify gaps in the pipeline and swiftly adjust sourcing strategies.

• Customize outreach while upholding the speed and volume necessary in a rapidly expanding company.

• Regularly test new sourcing tools, workflows, and automation techniques.

• Engage in an introductory call and a detailed sourcing session focused on sourcing strategy, automation, and candidate pipeline development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup or technology setting.

• Extensive experience in sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles.

• Strong understanding of talent automation and AI-driven sourcing workflows.

• Practical experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing pipelines.

• Capability to clearly document job requirements, sourcing criteria, and search progress.

• Excellent written communication and candidate outreach abilities.

• Confidence in collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

• Ability to work independently, act swiftly, and juggle multiple searches simultaneously.

• Must be comfortable working during Pacific Time hours.

• Availability for full-time work during Pacific Time hours, approximately eight hours per day.

• Comfort in a 1099 contractor role.
