
Senior Talent Program Manager β Early Careers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Define the scope, design, and manage scalable global initiatives for early career programs, including internships, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks.
β’ Establish and track success metrics for programs using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention rates, performance assessments, and conversion statistics.
β’ Create and lead interactive development workshops aimed at early career talent.
β’ Perform needs assessments and enhance learning pathways.
β’ Provide program experiences that enhance the employer's brand.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to maximize the conversion of interns and new graduates into full-time positions.
β’ Establish, cultivate, and assess relationships with universities, student organizations, and academic institutions on a global scale.
β’ Manage the early careers social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, focusing on content strategy and storytelling.
β’ Travel to targeted campuses for career fairs and employer engagement events.
β’ Monitor and evaluate university partnership metrics to guide campus investment and targeting strategies.
β’ Assist with Talent and Organizational Development initiatives, learning solutions, and talent mobility projects.
β’ Create program frameworks, establish milestones, mitigate risks, and devise communication strategies.
β’ Work closely with People Business Partners, business leaders, and people managers to support mentorship, management, and career advancement pathways.
β’ Over 6 years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers.
β’ Practical experience in designing, managing, and executing early career, internship, or university-focused programs in a dynamic global tech environment.
β’ Strong skills in workshop facilitation.
β’ Proven experience in building and managing external university partnerships and campus strategy initiatives.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with experience in managing and expanding multifaceted programs across global, cross-functional teams.
β’ Competence in using data, feedback, and storytelling to assess program impact and promote continuous improvement.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to navigate through ambiguity, drive innovation, and cultivate a high-growth learning culture.
β’ Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities, capable of engaging interns through to senior executives.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
β’ Must be eligible to start work in the United States on the first day of employment.
