This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Design, enhance, and oversee a top-tier manager development portfolio that aligns with business objectives.
• Integrate Leading @ Nielsen practices across global teams.
• Develop and expand a Manager Onboarding Journey for both internal and external hires.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, culture, and leadership expectations.
• Create targeted capability solutions for coaching, feedback, and innovation utilizing AI.
• Take ownership of program design from the initial idea to final implementation and iteration.
• Collaborate with the executive development program manager to establish a comprehensive leadership development portfolio.
• Employ Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking to craft impactful learning experiences.
• Utilize innovative technology platforms and external best practices for scalable global learning delivery.
• Set baseline metrics and frameworks for evaluating learning outcomes.
• Assess capability shifts, enhance program effectiveness, and link manager development to business results.
• Partner with Talent, Learning, Culture and Engagement teams along with HRBP teams to address complex talent challenges.
• Keep manager development up-to-date with emerging technologies, AI, and industry trends.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in designing, implementing, and scaling transformative leadership and manager development initiatives within a complex, global organization.
• Extensive expertise as a learning designer with a proven history of owning comprehensive program architecture.
• Experience in applying Human-Centered Design (Design Thinking) and modern learning technologies for leadership audiences.
• Strong background in talent and leadership assessment models, including 360° feedback and psychometrics (e.g., Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, or similar).
• Coaching certifications are highly valued.
• Proven experience in selecting and managing global vendor partnerships in matrixed, international settings.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or Business is strongly preferred.
• Capability to measure learning ROI using data analytics to demonstrate business value and pipeline health.
• Exceptional facilitation skills.
• Ability to convey complex ideas, foster alignment, and influence senior business leaders and HR executives.
