Senior Learning & Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives that align with organizational objectives and foster employee advancement.

• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and collaborate with department leaders to pinpoint skill gaps, developing targeted learning solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops in both face-to-face and virtual formats.

• Assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Provide recommendations for enhancements to programs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development.

• Offer coaching and support to managers and employees regarding learning opportunities and career development trajectories.

• Take responsibility for learning and organizational development outcomes and mentor others in this area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.

• Proven success in creating effective training solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to perform needs assessments, create training materials, and deliver engaging learning experiences.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and leveraging data for improvements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with various stakeholders and promote a culture of continuous learning.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 50% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

• Advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are advantageous.
