Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute the complete recruitment life cycle for billable roles, mainly in cybersecurity compliance and operations, identity credential and access management, enterprise IT modernization and optimization, as well as software solutions development and sustainment.

• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and generating offer letters.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend role specifics and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and various resources to discover and attract qualified candidates.

• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies in partnership with managers and team members while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

• Organize and facilitate candidate interviews alongside hiring managers.

• Identify passive candidates through targeted postings, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.

• Cultivate relationships with program management, business development, and human resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in full life cycle recruitment for government contracts within the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian government agencies.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure candidates across all levels of the talent spectrum.

• Proven history of managing the full life cycle recruiting process as a talent acquisition professional.

• Strong collaboration abilities and the capability to influence hiring outcomes.

• Experience working in both prime and subcontracting roles.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

• Capacity to multitask and effectively organize and prioritize various ongoing projects.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
