Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from role initiation and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, outline candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Actively seek candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, universities, career fairs, professional networks, and other pertinent channels.

• Evaluate and interview candidates, delivering clear recommendations and market insights to hiring teams.

• Ensure candidates experience a professional, timely, and positive journey throughout the recruitment process.

• Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate management of recruitment data, pipelines, and reporting.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, hiring costs, and ROI, utilizing data to enhance strategies continuously.

• Assist in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and other platforms.

• Cultivate relationships with universities, colleges, and external recruitment partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Calamatta Cuschieri and Moneybase in the external talent marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a combined Talent/HR role is preferred.

• Experience in FinTech, financial services, banking, or another fast-paced regulated setting will be advantageous.

• Practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential.

• Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with performance management, employee relations, or broader HR activities is considered a plus.
