This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent.
• Serve as the hiring process subject matter expert and act as the intermediary between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build strategic partnerships and engagement initiatives with universities, technical organizations, and referral networks.
• Assess resumes and applications to create a shortlist of candidates.
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for technical skills, background, qualifications, aspirations, and cultural fit.
• Provide employment recommendations based on interviews, screenings, and employment history.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule regular reviews with hiring managers to guarantee prompt candidate feedback and position fulfillment.
• Engage in Talent Acquisition project teams and complete assigned tasks punctually.
• Travel to the Mexicali avionics facility as necessary.
• Leverage recruitment data, technology, and process enhancements to boost hiring speed, quality, efficiency, candidate experience, and workflows.
• Must have authorization to work in Mexico without the need for the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in comparable roles.
• A minimum of 3 years managing Recruiting or HR systems such as Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, etc.
• Strong communication abilities, with fluency and professionalism in both written and spoken English.
• In-depth knowledge of high-volume recruitment strategies, recruiting events, and workforce planning.
• Proven track record in supporting large-scale hiring and workforce expansions.
• Demonstrated capacity to identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes.
• Experience utilizing data and recruiting metrics.
• Background in developing talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
