This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle for US GTM roles, from initial intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to outline hiring requirements, ideal candidate profiles, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks.
• Develop pipelines of passive talent through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
• Conduct structured recruiter screenings and provide evidence-based recommendations for candidates.
• Handle multiple searches while ensuring quality and a positive candidate experience.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and identify any obstacles or hiring risks.
• Assist in formulating offer strategies, closing candidates, and securing offer acceptance.
• Create targeted talent maps within the US GTM and cybersecurity sectors.
• Identify talent pools from competitors and adjacent companies.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill and senior roles.
• Provide insights on market trends regarding talent availability, compensation, competitors, and candidate expectations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM hiring managers and leadership.
• Facilitate intake meetings, translating business requirements into candidate specifications.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and support timely, structured, evidence-based evaluations.
• Maintain precise recruitment data within the ATS.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and other hiring metrics.
• Utilize AI tools, automation, and recruiting technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Share market insights and best practices with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work collaboratively with GTM leadership, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, People, People Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• A minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition, with substantial experience in recruiting GTM/commercial profiles in the United States.
• Proven success in recruiting for Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar GTM roles.
• Exceptional direct sourcing and headhunting skills, especially for senior and passive candidates.
• Deep understanding of the US technology talent landscape.
• Experience in recruiting within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other complex technical settings is highly valued.
• Proven capability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple searches.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly with senior commercial leaders.
• Ability to constructively challenge Hiring Managers and leverage market data to influence hiring choices.
• Proficient in interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools, LLMs, copilots, and automation.
• Data-driven and highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable functioning in a remote-first, international, fast-paced environment.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, resilient, and focused on results.
• Quick to onboard and make an impact with minimal ramp-up time.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity recruitment is advantageous.
• Existing connections within the US cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS GTM ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience in RPO, embedded Talent Acquisition, or high-growth scale-up settings is a bonus.
• Experience recruiting across various US regions and time zones is a bonus.
