Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – RPO

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from identifying and sourcing talent to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.

• Act as a strategic talent partner, aligning top candidates with essential business requirements.

• Conduct recruitment across various functions including manufacturing, engineering, operations, technical, and corporate sectors.

• Identify, engage, and recruit high-quality talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and formulate effective recruiting strategies.

• Ensure the prompt delivery of qualified candidates.

• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Establish robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, market insights, and industry best practices.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on a diverse range of positions.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding assistance.

• Solid expertise in strategic sourcing and the use of advanced sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking methods.

• Capability to articulate and explain sourcing strategies, methodologies, and hiring processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to grasp role requirements, align on talent strategies, and offer consultative market insights.

• Strong comprehension of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple job openings in a dynamic environment.
