Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process across the United States, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

• Recruit for various teams including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and other corporate functions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp business needs, outline role requirements, and formulate recruiting strategies.

• Create proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other innovative sourcing channels.

• Establish and sustain pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands.

• Evaluate and screen candidates for their experience, skills, motivation, and fit for the role.

• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.

• Work alongside hiring managers on interview feedback, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.

• Keep precise candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide updates to hiring managers and leadership on pipelines, market dynamics, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and forthcoming hiring needs.

• Represent Vectra AI’s employer brand and values throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial experience in recruiting within the United States.

• Proficient in recruiting for non-technical/GTM roles.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. technology talent market.

• Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

• Extensive sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a distributed/global Talent Acquisition team.

• Preferred: Previous recruiting experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.

• Preferred: Experience recruiting for GTM organizations.

• Preferred: Background supporting hiring across various U.S. regions and time zones.

• Preferred: Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and hiring considerations.

• Preferred: Experience in talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and building pipelines for challenging positions.

• Preferred: A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach to recruiting.
