This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles throughout Central Europe.
• Direct the hiring process for challenging and complex positions utilizing advanced sourcing methods and engaging passive candidates.
• Evaluate and assess candidates for their functional suitability, capabilities, and cultural alignment, providing actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
• Establish and sustain proactive talent pipelines for essential and frequently needed skill sets.
• Ensure a recruitment process that is of high quality, compliant, equitable, and inclusive, enhancing the candidate experience.
• Represent the GE Vernova employer brand with enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to clarify role specifications, priorities, sourcing tactics, and market expectations.
• Provide insights to stakeholders regarding talent market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
• Leverage recruitment data, funnel insights, and market intelligence to refine search strategies and impact hiring decisions.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and navigate complex offer scenarios.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in ATS and process-related data.
• Employ Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques in recruitment delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and opportunities for enhancement.
• Share industry best practices, market insights, and sourcing strategies within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with TA projects, the introduction of new tools, and evolving operational methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, demonstrating strong expertise in end-to-end hiring.
• Proven track record in recruiting for complex roles across various functions, business areas, and countries.
• Strong ability in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience in advising hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Capability to utilize recruiting data, funnel metrics, and market insights to make informed decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Strong skills in offer management and negotiation.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in recruiting within Enabling Functions, finance, digital technology, human resources, legal, marketing & communications, sales, business development, or related areas.
• Experience in supporting recruitment across Central Europe.
• Experience in corporate recruiting environments.
• Familiarity with CRM, analytics, sourcing, or AI-enabled recruitment tools.
