This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete recruiting process across Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, People, and various Corporate functions.
• Collaborate directly with business leaders to identify outstanding talent and translate talent requirements into targeted hiring strategies.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find roles.
• Leverage market insights, data, and recruiting expertise to inform hiring decisions.
• Uphold Figure’s talent standards and make informed judgments on hiring choices.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring searches progress with urgency.
• Identify and rectify off-track searches, swiftly adapting recruiting strategies as needed.
• Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Employ AI, automation, and recruiting technologies to increase efficiency.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and participate in broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in recruiting for Corporate functions, including Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, HR/People, or other specialized teams.
• A strong history of identifying and securing senior, specialized, and hard-to-reach candidates.
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities with a proven record of building robust pipelines proactively, rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Confidence in partnering with senior leaders, questioning assumptions as necessary, and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong talent assessment skills with an instinct for distinguishing between candidates who can perform the job and those who will enhance team dynamics.
• A deep sense of ownership and pride in the individuals you recruit into the organization.
• A proven ability to solve problems, establish structure, and enhance team hiring processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in utilizing data and market intelligence to guide decision-making.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI, automation, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• A proactive approach with the ability to act swiftly without compromising quality.
• Compliance with all company security policies and data handling protocols.
• Completion of mandatory security awareness training within designated timeframes.
• Timely reporting of any suspected security incidents or unusual activities to the Security team.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Figure will not provide sponsorship for work visas for this role.
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly.
