This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main talent advisor for designated client groups
• Consult with leadership on workforce planning, organizational talent requirements, and hiring strategies
• Influence recruitment decisions through labor market intelligence and workforce analytics
• Facilitate discussions on recruitment strategies and interview calibration sessions
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
• Ensure adherence to Global Minimum Standards, governance regulations, and best practices in recruiting
• Foster outstanding candidate and hiring leader experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Manage intricate and critical hiring needs across various business functions
• Create proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies
• Collaborate with sourcing resources to develop talent pipelines for anticipated workforce needs
• Apply labor market insights to inform hiring expectations and decision-making
• Support employer branding and talent attraction efforts
• Analyze recruiting data, pipeline metrics, and market trends
• Identify risks and opportunities that affect hiring results
• Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance hiring effectiveness and business performance
• Utilize technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Share best practices and mentor colleagues
• Assist in the adoption of GTA processes, tools, and standards
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with workforce plans and organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
• Professional recruiting certification is preferred (AIRS, SHRM, HCI, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or equivalent)
• Over 6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in supporting professional, technical, and/or specialized talent segments
• Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders and delivering consultative talent advisory services
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruiting technologies
• Advanced expertise in talent acquisition
• Capability in workforce planning and talent strategy
• Strong executive communication and influencing abilities
• Expertise in market intelligence and talent mapping
• Proficient in data analysis and possesses business acumen
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
