Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire GTM recruitment process, from defining the candidate profile and hiring strategy to sourcing, making offers, and finalizing hires.

• Collaborate directly with executives and GTM leaders to grasp business priorities, predict talent needs, and develop hiring strategies.

• Establish robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.

• Manage the candidate experience comprehensively with a considerate and engaging process.

• Leverage recruiting data to monitor funnel performance, pinpoint gaps, and continually enhance hiring practices.

• Engage with stakeholders to foster alignment, maintain process momentum, and refine hiring decisions.

• Accelerate hiring with efficiency, organization, and sound judgment while upholding a high standard for talent.

• Develop and enhance recruiting practices, tools, and workflows from the ground up as the organization grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology firm.

• Experience in cybersecurity is highly advantageous.

• Extensive experience recruiting for GTM positions, including Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with executives and senior leaders on key hires and broader talent requirements.

• Outstanding sourcing abilities and a successful history of identifying and engaging hard-to-reach talent.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to align business priorities with hiring requirements.

• A data-driven recruiting approach, with the ability to utilize funnel and process data to identify gaps and enhance outcomes.

• A builder mindset with a proactive, high-ownership attitude, equally skilled in developing processes and executing them.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
