This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process across all departments, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Actively seek out talent through outbound sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
• Represent Franki at industry conferences, sales events, and recruiting fairs to network and create a pool of passive candidates.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent requirements, define positions, and develop hiring strategies.
• Manage and update the careers page, employer branding content, and the LinkedIn company profile.
• Utilize metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and sourced-to-hire ratio to manage the recruitment process.
• Select and oversee external agency partners when necessary, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Guarantee that hiring and onboarding documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, offer letters, and background checks, is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal standards.
• Collaborate with the Head of People Operations to create an internal talent framework that encompasses career development, succession planning, onboarding, and enhancing managerial skills in interviewing and talent discussions.
• Create dashboards that combine recruitment and retention data, presenting insights to the leadership team.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• A proven, hands-on experience in outbound, sales-style sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Experience in managing a company's LinkedIn presence.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and Indeed for employer branding, sourcing, and building a talent pipeline.
• A history of attending industry conferences, sales events, or recruiting fairs to expand external networks.
• A portfolio or work samples showcasing employer branding efforts.
• Familiarity with employment eligibility verification processes (I-9/E-Verify).
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, with preference for Rippling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
• High level of comfort working independently in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
• Knowledge of multi-state pay transparency and job posting compliance regulations is a plus.
• Understanding of employment-based visa sponsorship processes is a plus.
• Experience working with HR or People Ops on engagement or development initiatives is a plus.
