This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Information Technology positions, from initial intake to offer negotiation.
• Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior IT executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define role specifications, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for high-demand and frequently filled technology positions.
• Identify candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, referrals, networking events, career fairs, and technology meetups.
• Evaluate candidates for their technical qualifications, interest, salary expectations, and overall suitability.
• Organize and facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Assess recruiting trends, pinpoint sourcing channels, and enhance hiring results.
• Monitor and report on pipeline health, time to fill, conversion rates, and placements.
• Represent Ensemble at technology-centric networking and recruiting events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, particularly focused on technology or IT talent.
• Capability to handle a high-volume requisition load while ensuring quality and a positive candidate experience.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend and articulate IT roles and requirements.
• Familiarity with consultative recruiting models and collaboration with hiring managers/senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and labor market dynamics.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Workday, as well as job boards and social recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: previous experience in recruiting within IT, healthcare, or technology-focused organizations.
• Preferred: readiness and capacity to travel up to 20%.
• Preferred: relevant professional certification such as CRCR or another recognized recruiting/HR certification.
