Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out new candidates across a diverse range of positions

• Engage and attract passive candidates by sourcing talent and managing applications

• Oversee the complete recruiting process from sourcing and interviews to prescreening and extending offers

• Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and establish applicant criteria

• Gain insights into the business and collaborate closely with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams

• Develop and utilize applicant channels, including social media, online platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing a personalized and high-touch talent journey

• Adhere to hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines

• Manage weekly candidate tracking and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, either in an agency or corporate setting

• Prior experience in supporting Sales positions such as Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, and Channel representatives

• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Demonstrated recruitment experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS sales

• Strong sourcing skills, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and constructing Boolean Search strings

• Tech-savvy and well-organized

• Familiarity with cloud applications including Workday, GoogleDrive, Word, GoogleSheets/Excel, and Box

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking activities, applying filters, sorting, tables, and basic functions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results
