This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Serve as a strategic consultant and oversee the complete recruitment cycle for Products/Engineering as well as General and Administrative teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp the business requirements of positions, team dynamics, competencies, and success metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of full-cycle recruitment for Product/Engineering, General and Administrative, or Sales roles.
• Design and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for specialized, high-demand, and challenging-to-fill roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates utilizing Boolean searches, professional and social networks, user groups, referrals, talent communities, market mapping, and the applicant tracking system.
• Create and sustain proactive talent pipelines.
• Offer market intelligence, insights on talent availability, sourcing suggestions, and data-driven time-to-fill expectations during weekly status updates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Develop structured, competency-based interview and assessment procedures.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience from offer to disposition.
• Work in conjunction with Talent and Culture Business Partners, HRIS, Compensation, and other stakeholders.
• Enhance recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and stakeholder experiences.
• Assist in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting Products/Engineering, General and Administrative, Sales, or other commercial functions.
• Recent experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles, including software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, AI/ML, data science, and hardware/testing.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven success in filling positions up to the Director level.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing and hiring niche, specialized, and hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets.
• Capability to leverage AI tools/agents to enhance daily work efficiency.
• Established ability to collaborate with and influence hiring leaders regarding recruiting strategies, talent availability, market conditions, and hiring expectations.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume requisitions, stakeholder groups, and priorities in a complex setting.
• Proficient in interpreting recruiting metrics and market data.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and travel less than 5% of the time.
• Preferred: experience in recruiting within software, SaaS, cloud technology, telecommunications, or high-growth tech environments.
• Preferred: experience leading recruiting projects, process enhancements, or talent acquisition programs such as internship recruiting.
