Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the Greenhouse and recruiting systems, which include job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of recruiting data through regular audits and effective data management.

• Discover and implement opportunities to enhance, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.

• Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that provide insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.

• Collaborate with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and various stakeholders to address issues and foster improvements in systems and processes.

• Take the lead on selected recruiting operations projects, guiding them from scoping through to implementation.

• Initiate and lead efforts that enhance systems, processes, and the recruiter experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a similar field.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another prominent ATS.

• Familiarity with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process enhancement.

• Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive initiatives to successful completion.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
