Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Commercial – UK, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete hiring process for commercial positions across the UK and Europe, ranging from senior leadership to account management, starting from the hiring-manager kickoff to the signed offer.

• Lead executive search initiatives, which include market mapping, creating target company lists, identifying talent pools, and directly reaching out to passive candidates.

• Utilize LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events, and personal networks for sourcing candidates.

• Develop outreach strategies and engage passive candidates effectively.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.

• Evaluate candidates and present well-reasoned shortlists.

• Oversee offer management and negotiations while ensuring candidates remain engaged until their start date.

• Maintain accurate Lever data and report on pipeline health and hiring outcomes.

• Share sourcing insights with the team and enhance sourcing standards.

• Recruit senior commercial leadership and account management teams throughout the UK and Europe, with occasional recruitment for other business roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, emphasizing sourcing and direct search.

• Demonstrated expertise in executive search, including successfully closing senior and C-level positions through direct outreach.

• A solid history of hiring for commercial roles (sales, business development, account management) in the UK and Europe.

• Self-motivated and independent; capable of planning work, identifying obstacles early, and operating without micromanagement.

• Demonstrates persistence and resilience in candidate outreach efforts.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior hiring managers and executives.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level or above, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in Russian.
