Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the entire recruiting process for Clinical Specialist positions

• Oversee 15–20+ active job openings

• Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidates, and handling offers

• Perform structured phone interviews to assess candidates' experience, clinical and/or healthcare backgrounds, transferable skills, and fit for the role

• Create and sustain candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

• Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and define candidate profiles

• Formulate recruiting strategies for Clinical Specialist talent across designated businesses and markets

• Provide insights on market conditions regarding candidate availability, talent pools, compensation, and hiring timelines

• Communicate updates on pipeline progress, candidate feedback, recruiting challenges, and hiring status to hiring managers and HR partners

• Modify sourcing strategies based on market insights and pipeline data

• Manage candidate and requisition activities within Workday and HiredScore

• Monitor requisition load, time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion metrics

• Handle multiple searches and stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to 6+ years of professional experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• Preferred experience in business-facing HR roles, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or similar positions

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in either an agency or corporate setting is preferred

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

• Familiarity with Workday and HiredScore

• Capability to manage 15–20+ active requisitions

• Availability to work in MST or PST time zones is prioritized

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
