This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee teams of learning professionals tasked with enterprise compliance, regulatory, and product qualification training.
β’ Direct the strategy and implementation of advisor credentialing and professional designation programs.
β’ Promote the adoption of Talent Acquisition & Development initiatives throughout the field, including NM University.
β’ Collaborate with the leadership team in the Talent Acquisition & Development division to aid in annual business operational planning and expense oversight.
β’ Supervise learning and training teams while fulfilling people-leader responsibilities for both matrixed and direct-report teams.
β’ Recognize and address learning and performance-support requirements and capabilities across home office and field operations.
β’ Work alongside cross-functional learning teams in both the field and home office to create and implement a long-term strategy.
β’ Engage with executives, department heads, and directors to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
β’ Guide the development of modular blended-learning and performance-support solutions.
β’ Set, monitor, and evaluate performance metrics, trends, business impact, and investment priorities.
β’ Assess learning needs alongside functional and departmental leadership in a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
β’ Ensure the effectiveness of delivery modalities, implementation, and quality of learning assets.
β’ Provide thought leadership on topics such as organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent management, change management, and knowledge management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
β’ At least 8-10 years of progressively responsible work experience, including a minimum of 5-7 years in business or learning roles within Operations or Technology.
β’ Proven ability to identify and pursue business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
β’ Capability to balance present challenges with future opportunities while establishing strategic focus in an actionable way.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in leading others through change within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
β’ Strong consulting skills, including the ability to lead, direct, negotiate, and influence at all levels of an organization, both with and without direct authority.
β’ Experience in managing both matrixed and direct-report teams.
β’ Expertise in organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent management, change management, and knowledge management initiatives.
